Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before to arrival date. The total amound of the reservation will be paid by the client at the arrival at the hotel. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel during the 7 days prior to the arrival date, or if they are no-show. If the card provided by the guest is not valid, the hotel will cancel the reservation.

In case of groups (more than two rooms), the hotel could agree with the client on others different cancellation rules.
