Cancellation policy

The free cancellation period varies depending on the stay dates. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to the following number of days prior to the arrival date:

• Reservations between 10 February and 20 April: 14 days (Easter: 30 days).
• Reservations between 21 April and 25 June: 30 days.
• Reservations between 26 June and 15 September: 60 days.
• Reservations between 16 September and 20 October: 30 days.
• Reservations between 21 October and 20 November: 14 days.

 If a stay covers two or more of the above periods, the most restrictive cancellation policy will apply.

If the reservation is cancelled after the applicable free cancellation deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The credit card provided at the time of booking is used to guarantee the reservation. If the card is found to be invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. As an alternative to providing card details, the property may require a deposit payment to guarantee the reservation.

Payment for the reservation is due upon arrival at the hotel.

For group bookings of more than two rooms, the hotel reserves the right to apply alternative payment and cancellation terms, which will be agreed directly with the guest.
